THE DETAILS

A little more about this tool

What it does

This tool joins several PDF files into a single document, in the order you choose. Pages are copied without re-rendering. Text remains selectable when it was selectable in the source. Document-level signatures, bookmarks and interactive forms may not be preserved; inspect the output and keep the originals.

Good to know

There is no server-side limit because there is no server. Practical limits come from your device memory: large files and hundreds of pages may need a desktop browser with more available memory.

Verify the no-upload promise

Open developer tools → Network, then process a file. First use may fetch a static processing module from this site. Inspect the request payloads: none contains your selected file. Processing and generated downloads happen on your device.

FAQ

Good questions, clear answers

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Merging runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is transmitted, stored or logged. You can watch the Network tab to confirm.

Is it really free, with no signup?

Yes. No account, no email, no watermark, no page quota.

What is the maximum file size?

The limit depends on the memory available to your browser. Processing happens locally, so speed depends on your device.

Will the merged PDF lose quality?

No. Pages are copied without re-rendering their images. Selectable source text remains text, but scanned images do not become selectable and document-level features may change.

Does it work on iPhone or Android?

Yes. The page is a normal website — no app install. On mobile you can pick files and download the result, though very large files are better handled on desktop.
